Dr. Diane Newton, Director of Federal Programs for Red River Parish Public Schools, is encouraging parents to apply for tutoring support available through the Steve Carter Education Program.

The program provides $1,500 vouchers to families of eligible K–12 students to help cover the cost of tutoring services.

Parents who are interested must complete the application form before September 2, 2025.

This opportunity is designed to give students additional academic support and resources to help them succeed in the classroom.
