The Red River Parish School Board is seeking a highly-qualified and experienced leader to serve as Head Start Director. This position is responsible for leadership and oversight for the district’s Head Start Program, ensuring high-quality, comprehensive services for children and families while maintaining full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree required
Experience in supervision, administration, and fiscal management
Preferred: Louisiana Teaching Certificate & educational leadership experience
Preferred: Experience in Head Start
