A drive down Hwy 155 on Wednesday morning turned into a question of Who oversees safety for the roads. According to one citizen, the dip in the road at the Carroll Creek Bridges is not safe. In fact, this person went so far as to warn motorists and the DOTD that their approval of the road was less than perfect.
