Funeral services for Alice Faye “Mickey” Robinette, 78, of Chestnut, LA will be held at 10 A.M. Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Marvin Burkett officiating.  Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Robinette was born September 20, 1941 in Jonesboro, LA and passed away August 23, 2020.  Mickey devoted her life to caring for her family.  She always put family and her home first.  She loved to cook and was known for her many specialties.  She will be truly missed by all those who knew and loved her. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Dale Myers; mother, Zeola “Kitty” Gartman; one brother, Edwin Earl Myers; and one sister, Billie Hembre.

Mrs. Robinette is survived by her husband, Tommy Robinette of Chestnut, LA; two sons, Butch Robinette and wife, JoAnna of Temple, TX and Richard Robinette and wife, Sheree of Castor, LA; one daughter, Kathy Williams and husband, Terry of Saline, LA; twelve grandchildren: Megan, Ryan, Mikalee, Jacob, Justin, Nick, Tiffany, Logan, Hunter, Garrett, Sara, and Jonathon; great-grandson, Zach “Rooster” and eight other great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Will McCaw, Chris Sawyer, Roger Hines, Dayton Trichel, Nick Trichel, and Terry Williams.  Honorary pallbearers will be Hunter Guin and Kevin Nealy.
