Riverdale Academy experienced many victories last week, one of the biggest being the formation of the 2026 RA Rebels football team! They started with a small group, but their numbers have continued to grow. For this, we are truly grateful.

Riverdale’s 4-H students competed in the National 4-H Forestry Invitational in West Virginia, where their team placed fourth in the nation. Individually, our students earned 9th-, 10th-, and 12th-place national finishes. We are extremely proud of their accomplishments!

Our Rebels and Lady Rebels basketball teams had a great time at their summer basketball camps, where they gained valuable experience. They have been putting in the work, and we are excited to see what this season holds for them.

We also hosted cheer camps for everyone from our Mini Cheer squad to our varsity cheerleaders. We are thankful for their enthusiasm and school spirit.

Riverdale has held two workdays this summer—one in July with 34 participants and another in August with 44 participants. We greatly appreciate the hard work and dedication of everyone who volunteered.

The Lady Rebels’ softball season has just begun and we are looking forward to their growth as a young team.

Great things continue to happen at Riverdale Academy. We are excited to welcome many new families, and there is still room for more. We invite you to join us! We are still offering campus tours.
