Lady Rebels Softball beats the Providence Knights

On Monday, September 18, the Lady Rebels played at home against the Providence Knights. After a
tough start to the season, the girls’ hard work at practice has begun to pay off; the Rebels beat the
Knights 17-14!

Chloe Jordan was 3 for 4 at the plate with a double, a triple, 2 RBI’s, and 1 stolen base. Kylie Donald,
Hanna Huddleston, and Jadyn King were also 3 for 4. Donald had 4 RBI’s and 2 stolen bases, Huddleston
had 3 RBI’s and 1 stolen base, and King had 2 RBI’s. Mary Claire Jones was 1 for 3 with 4 stolen bases.
Lily McCoy was 1 for 1, and ended the game on the mound for RA, striking out 3 batters, no hits, and no
earned runs. King picked up the win on the mound for RA, allowing only 1 hit and striking out 3 batters.

We are so proud of the progress they have made this season!

The Lady Rebels will be playing in a tournament this Saturday, September 23, at ULM University Park.
