Funeral services for Randy Lynn Quick, 46, of Ashland, LA will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, February 22, 2021 at Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home Chapel with Sandra Sanford officiating.  Interment will follow in Ramah Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. Sunday, February 21, 2021 at the funeral home.

Randy was born June 1, 1974 in Bossier City, LA and passed away February 16, 2021.  One of Randy’s prized accomplishments occurred in 2002 when he won a Ford 350 truck team roping.  For the last twenty years, he has proudly driven a log truck.  Randy enjoyed the outdoors, especially turkey hunting with Rob.  He always looked forward to their adventures together.  Randy was simply Randy, always being himself.  He was a true jokester who could rig up anything.  He loved spending time with the grandchildren.  They were truly “his boys.”  He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Bobbie Quick.

Randy is survived by his wife of 28 years, Stacey Quick of Ashland, LA; daughters, Taylor Saffel and husband, Michael of Moore, OK and Salena Quick and husband, Matthew Blanchard of Coushatta, LA; one sister, Sybil Holland of Natchitoches, LA; four grandchildren, Raylan Saffel, Waylon “Bubba” Saffel, Beaux Saffel, Parker “Tiny Mite” Blanchard; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Quick, Heath Bates, Troy Welch, Malcolm Griffith, Hunter Wilson, and Trace Culpepper.  Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Harper, David Quick, David “Lil’ Man” Quick, Tim “Kemo” Rowell, and Gary Lee Quick.
