Erikka Caldwell is the Employee of the Month for Red River Schools. She is a Nurse’s Assistant at Red River Elementary. 

Caldwell was nominated by Principal Shenell Deville. In the nomination statement, Deville said, “Caldwell has been a Nurse’s Assistant with Red River Elementary School for three years. Erikka is one of my most valuable support staff persons.” 

“I can depend upon Erikka to get things done,” added Deville. She added, “I depend on her to assist me with many tasks. They can hear me calling her name throughout the office and hallways.” Deville said that Caldwell always responds with, “I’m on my way Ms. Deville.” 

The school’s insurance agency presented Caldwell with a plaque and goodie bag.
