The school year will be ending soon. Also this is graduation time in Red River Parish. There are plenty of activities, so get out your calendars and we’ll give you the ones we have.

Tuesday May 8th is the Red River Junior High Athletic Banquet. It will be at 6:00 pm.

Thursday May 10th is the Awards Ceremony for Riverdale Academy. The ceremony will recognize outstanding athletic and academic accomplishments. It will be held at 6:00 pm at Davis Springs Methodist Church.

Friday May 11th is the Red River High School Athletic Banquet. It begins at 5:00 pm in the school gym.

Tuesday May 15th is the Awards Program for graduates of Red River High. It begins at 5:30 pm in the school auditorium.

Wednesday May 16th is the luncheon for Red River High seniors in the school gym.

There are two events on Thursday May 17th. At 5:00 pm is the Gifted and Talent student recital at Red River Elementary. It will be held in the library. At 6:00 pm Riverdale Academy Graduation will take place in the school gym.

Friday May 18th at 9:00 am is Preschool Graduation at Riverdale Academy. Riverdale’s Juniors get their rings at 11:00 am. And Red River Elementary School holds their End of Year Fifth Grade Banquet at 11:00 am.

Tuesday May 22nd is Graduation for Red River High School. Ceremonies will be held in the stadium, weather permitting.

Wednesday May 23rd is Field Day at Riverdale Academy
