For the first time students at Red River High School may be able to enroll in a Graphic Arts Course. The instructor is Jeff Edwards. He has been teaching art and associated subjects, and this year is adding graphic arts.

Edwards said, “The course will teach the basics of creation and design for commercial purposes. We will delve into t-shirts, signs, banners, posters and similar items.“

Initially Edwards expects they will be dealing with school related items such as t-shirts for a school club. However they will get deeper into creating effective advertising campaigns as the school year progresses.
