The Coushatta-Red River Chamber of Commerce is inviting everyone to celebrate the Christmas season with the annual Coushatta-Red River Christmas Parade on Thursday, December 3, beginning at 4:30 p.m.

This year’s theme is “A Storybook Christmas,” and participants are encouraged to bring their favorite Christmas stories to life.

The parade will travel down Ballpark Road, turn left on Rush Street, turn right on Ringgold Avenue, and turn left on Front Street, ending at the Methodist Church.

Families can visit with Mr. and Mrs. Claus from 5:15 to 7 p.m., and fireworks are scheduled for 6 p.m.

Side-by-sides and unconventional vehicles, including boats, are welcome in the parade, but animals will not be permitted due to safety and insurance requirements.
