
Red River 4-H still has mums for sale. You can purchase them today from 12-4:30pm at the office, 1919 Alonzo St in Coushatta. Mention a 4-H member when purchasing and they will get credit toward events and camps.

The 58th Louisiana Pecan Festival returns to Colfax Nov. 6–8 for a full weekend of fall fun. The three-day festival will feature vendors, a carnival, cooking and pie-eating contests, the Grand Parade, an antique tractor show, live music, street dances, fireworks and more, with the Country Store and Pecan House open throughout the weekend.
