Magnolia Bend Academy recognized their January Staff Spotlights as Kindergarten teacher Kaylie Lasyone and new teacher Collin Wimberly. 

Ms. Kaylie Lasyone is our Kindergarten teacher at MBA Coushatta. She is 24 years old and has a 3 y/o son, Ryder, who loves anything cows, rodeo and dinosaurs! She has a lot of dogs and horses. Her favorite color is blue, and she loves summertime. She graduated from Winnfield High School and has been teaching for almost 2 years. Ms. Kaylie loves teaching and has always wanted to teach. If Ms. Kaylie could go on her dream vacation, she would go to Hawaii! Lastly, one random fact about Ms. Kaylie is that she loves to bake cakes during her free time.

Dr. Collin Wimberly is our new Bible teacher for MBA. He has been a preacher for 30 years and has been teaching for 10 years. Dr. Wimberly is happily married and has 9 children-5 sons and 4 daughters. Dr. Wimberly grew up in Hall Summit, LA and currently lives there to pastor at New Life Church Red River. Dr. Wimberly says that he likes working at MBA a lot. His dream job when he was in high school was to be a basketball coach. A fun fact about Dr. Wimberly is that he likes to read science fiction.
