The parish-wide ban or all outdoor burning was lifted on Saturday morning. The parish has received sufficient rainfall to ease the danger of burning. Several neighboring parishes have also lifted their burn bans.
Red River 4-H is wrapping up their annual Sweet Potato and Pecan sale. Tomorrow, November 10th, is the definite last day to order. See any 4-H member or call the office to place your order.
Thursday night is Man Church at The Shop beginning at 6:00 pm. The agenda included a Manly Meal: FREE CHILI & FIXIN’S; Manly Music: Awesome Worship; and a Manly Message: Word from the Lord via Cody Garrett. It is for guys of ALL ages (12-120).
