Jacque Fontenot, Red River 4-H agent has a youngster to congratulate on their outstanding performance at the state fair.

Fontenot said, “I’m late posting this but I want to congratulate this new 4th grade livestock student who showed rabbits at the State Fair and won 2 firsts and 2 seconds in his classes. Congratulations, Xander Loftin!”
