New Workout Schedule

Starting Monday there is a new walking/running plan in the gym.  It will be posted here too for those who prefer at home workouts.

I am planning to do another 5K in November! Who will join me?

Also, we really enjoy our devotions on Wednesday mornings at 9:30. Make the effort to come….it’s just an encouraging time to sit around, drink some coffee (or coke zero), discuss what God is doing in our lives, and be encouraged by His Word!
