The revised mask mandate will be made official in Coushatta on Tuesday. Mayor Johnny Cox told the Journal that he will sign the order tomorrow.
Masks will be made mandatory indoor in all locations in the town. Cox said, “The Town Hall will require masks for people working there and doing business with the town. The order will follow the guidelines handed down by the Governor.
Red River Police Jury President Tray Murray said, “Masks are required now to get into the courthouse. The heads of various agencies in the courthouse set their own requirements. We will probably discuss it further at the monthly Police Jury meeting Wednesday morning.”
