Funeral services for Mark “Thro Down” Owen Carden, 57, of Minden, LA will be held at 5 P.M. Friday, September 11, 2020 at Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home Chapel with Bubba Lee officiating and Bro. Shawn Beard assisting.  Visitation will be held from 3:30 P.M. until service time on Friday.

Mark “Thro Down” was born September 27, 1962 in Birmingham, AL to Charlotte Wilhite and Coy Carden and went home to be with his Lord and Savior on September 7, 2020 in Minden, LA. Mark “Thro Down” was a member of the Confederates Motorcycle Club where he was currently serving as President of the Minden chapter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlotte Wilhite and Coy Carden.

Mark’s “Thro Down” love will live on in the hearts and memories of the loved ones he has left behind.

Left to cherish his memory are his step-son, Billy Jack Choat; sister, Riceal Lynn Harris and husband, Jerry; step-grandkids, Kyler and Cameron; nephews, Chad Whisenhunt and girlfriend Shelly Temple, Jarrett Crumbley and his wife Elizabeth; niece Miranda Reeves and husband Luke; great-nephews and nieces, Caleb and Logan Whisenhunt, Austin and Faith Richardson, Matt and Sadie Reeves, Matthew, Jonathan and Elayna Crumbley; great-great niece Brooklyn Reeves; and his fiancée’ Robin Cunningham.
