Spring sports have been cancelled by the Louisiana High School Athletic Association.  The announcement was made in a message to schools and coaches:

LHSAA has announced that the remaining Sports Season will be cancelled for the 2019-2020 season.   They will be releasing information in the coming weeks on what Summer activities will be permissible.   
Red River High School said, “We will start posting information next week honoring our seniors for their respective Spring Sports.  Each coach and spirit group will be in contact with their players.”  The school added, “Please stay safe and know that we miss all of our Bulldogs.”

The baseball and softball teams played a few games at their new sports complex this spring.  The golf team got in one tournament before everything was shut-down by the Governor’s executive order closing schools and all school activities.
