Juniors and seniors at Red River High School who are enrolled in Jump Start will have opportunities to participate in internships with local businesses this summer.

On April 11, Helena Jones with International Youth Fellowship explained to school administrators and local businesses how the Step Forward program could be used to provide students valuable work experience and facilitate monetary compensation of their labors through various grants.

At this time, The York Chop, G&B Works, and Walker Construction have verbally committed to participating in the program.
