With temperatures expected to drop into the lower 30s and power still out in many areas within Red River Parish, The Red River Parish Police Jury and the Red River Parish Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Preparedness along with many other agencies to include American Red Cross, Red River Parish Fire District, Coushatta, Police Department, Red River Parish Sheriffs Office, Red River Parish EMS and volunteers have decided to open a warming station for the night starting at 6:00pm, 4/7/2018 located at the old central fire station.
