Softball season is in full swing, meaning hot weather, lots of Gatorade, and lots of competition! These girls have been working hard all summer for the 2023 softball season. Although all of the games haven’t turned out how they would have wanted, they are still going strong.
On Saturday August 12th, the varsity Lady Rebels won against Providence Classical Academy 7-5 in the River Oaks Tournament with winning pitcher Jadyn King (#9). Number 6, Haylee Smith, almost had a home run with her ball hitting the fence.
The JV girls took their first win Thursday August 17th, against Briarfield Academy with pitchers Lily McCoy (#26) and Julia Grace Riggs (#22). Keep up the good work girls!
