This week, Riverdale announced that a new school resource officer, Tina Smith, has been assigned to their school. Tina, a Bossier City native, attended the Police Academy in 2011. She completed SRO school this summer. She has been a guard, booking officer, and deputy in her career. This year will be 13 years of law enforcement in her career, with more than four years at the Red River Parish Sheriff’s Office.
