Cooking Internationally

Red River High Pro Start students got a chance to cook some international cuisine recently. Assistant Principal, Mrs. Carper introduced the students to a traditional Filipino spring roll dish called Lumpia. The students prepped, hand rolled, and cooked the dish from scratch including new vegetables, spices, and sauces used in Asian cuisine.

The school posted, “Thank you to Mrs. Lemoine for your continued hard work and dedication in building a state of the art culinary program for our students. Our students are gaining 5 star restaurant experiences that will last them a lifetime.”
