Red River Parish kicked off National 4-H Week with a BB/Archery contest at the fairgrounds. Thank you to these families that were able to bring the students out on a beautiful day. Also, to Randall Mallette, and 3 hard working Junior Leader Volunteers! 4-H is truly an “opportunity 4 all!”
We had some fantastic entries this year in our 4-h pumpkin contest. Top recognition goes to:
Best use of recycled material- Hope Williamson with Oscar the Grouch
Most Creative-Grant Halbmaier with Porcupine.
Silliest- Mason Crain with Pine Needle Pumpkin
4-h Themed-Christian Parsons with American Soldier
Spookiest-Kash Bamburg with Penny Wise
If you haven’t received your prize, Mrs. Jacque will bring it to your school during the week.
