The Journal ran into May Hayes the other day. She is working to get family and friends of Hand Cemetery to donate to clean up the cemetery. Hays is distributing a letter from Hand Cemetery Association head Bonnie Hand Chance describing damage from recent storms, downed trees and overgrown grass. Red River Athletics said spots for tailgating at Homecoming are now being reserved. There is a sign-up form on social media. Homecoming is Friday October 7th. Reservation for spots will close on Wednesday October 5th at 3:00 PM
