Red River Parish is now under a burn ban.  It was issued by the Red River Parish Fire Protection District on July 13, 2022.

Fire Chief John Woodfin said, “Due to the risk of wildfires from our current drought conditions across Red River Parish, all outdoor burning is currently prohibited.”
