Bulldog Running Back Stanley Maxie received a full ride offer from Louisiana Christian University. The signing event was at their home with family and close friends.

Head Football Coach Jeff Harper termed Stanley, “One of the best football players I’ve ever coached. Wherever he played he was the best at that position. He received numerous post season awards during his playing career at Red River, but they don’t compare to receiving a full scholarship to play college football.”

Harper added, “Kids like Stanley want the opportunity to prove they are good enough to play at the next level. I’m grateful for programs like LCU for not overlooking talented players like Stanley Maxie. I’ve enjoyed coaching Stanley and I expect him to continue making plays on Saturday afternoons this Fall in Pineville.”
