Beta Club sponsor Kendria Sanders reported a blood drive in late January, and she said there are more in the planning stages. Here is her report on the recent LifeShare drive.
Our first Magnolia Bend BETA Club blood drive. We beat our goal of 12 units of blood by 4… giving us a total of 16 units. Of course, as with any first, there come unexpected issues. We have made a list of changes that we need to make to allow the blood drive in April to run more smoothly and save your valued time. I apologize for those that had long waits or didn’t get to give blood due to circumstances.
Please hang in there with us as we work to continue this community service and improve efficiency with the working of the day. We hope to help these seniors get their cords despite the rough start. Thank you so much and hang in there with us.
The dates of the April drive and others now in the planning stages will be announced in the near future.
