The 4-H clubs in the parish all had cookie baking contests this holiday season.

You couldn’t help but get in the Christmas spirit at Red River Elementary for our December meetings and Christmas Cookie Contest. All of these students won an award with their excellent cookies. The students played games and learned a deep breathing relaxation exercise called Santa breathing to help friends and family relax and enjoy this beautiful season!  Thank you so much Mrs. Autumn Allain McCoy, Mrs. Sutton, and Mr. Murphy for being great leaders.

The kids at Red River Academic Academy truly are awesome and so is their club leader, Mrs. Fields! Pictures don’t do these cookies justice. They looked so good!

Tons of fun today at Riverdale club meetings!  Cookie contests and treats, record books for 4th/5th graders, and a look at the garden.

Thank you so much Mrs. Nancy and Mrs. Maressa, our Riverdale 4-h leaders, for all of your work to make this Christmas cookie contest such a huge hit!!!
