The Lakeview Gators will be in the Dawg House Friday night for a district contest. The Bulldogs will be ready for them. It is Homecoming and the stands will be packed with Bulldog Nation faithful.
Come early. There will be tailgating in the softball parking lot near the home team softball dugout by the bus barn. Athletic Director Norman Picou was taking reservations for a tailgating spot. Set up as early as 10:00 am Friday is OK.
Alumni from all years ending in 1 will be welcomed as part of the Homecoming celebration. There will be an Alumni Tent in the softball parking lot. Alumni may stop by for refreshments and a complimentary ticket.
Kickoff is 7:00 pm for this district contest, and it’s the last home game this year. Going into the game, the Bulldogs are 6-2 overall and 1-1 in district play. The visiting Lakeview Gators are 1-6 overall and 0-1 in district.
