During the early voting period 202 Red River voters cast ballots. In person voting was 82 and there were 138 absentee/mail in ballots. Tomorrow, April 24th is actual Election Day with polls open until 8:00 pm. A runoff for BESE board seat is the only thing on the parish ballot.
Memorial Day observance will be May 2nd at Liberty Cemetery at Martin. Services at Liberty Church at 11:00 am. A short business meeting of the Cemetery Committee will be after the service.
