Red River’s girls basketball team begins its quest of the state championship on Saturday.

The Louisiana High School Athletic Association original playoff brackets that were released earlier Monday have been revised due to the winter storm.  Red River will host the first playoff game Saturday afternoon at 2:00 pm. 

The Lady Bulldogs are seeded #14.  They will host #19 D’Arbonne Woods Charter.

Principal JC Dickey told The Journal tickets will be $5.00.  They will be sold at the door.  Must have exact change.

Journal Sports will broadcast the game live beginning shortly before the 2:00 pm tip-off.
