Superintendent Alison Hughes issued the closing notice:

Good Afternoon Bulldog Parents, Staff, and Community.  Tomorrow, Monday February 15th, 2021, we will close school due to significant winter weather.  We have been closely monitoring our weather forecast through the National Weather Service and over the next several days we will experience extremely hazardous conditions including snow and ice as well as dangerously low temperatures. 

We will evaluate and inform of the possibility of having school each day after consultation with the National Weather Service. These announcements will be made through social media, email, and phone calls by 5 pm each evening. 

We are anxious to return to school after our break, but student safety and the well-being of our staff is of the utmost importance.  We have been advised that these winter storms could cause dangerous conditions in our area. We are asking everyone to please stay safe.  We will return to school as soon as possible.

Basketball Coach Dadrian Harris told The Journal that the boys basketball games scheduled for the coming week have been cancelled.
