Marcus Brewer set up a district title game for the Bulldogs on Friday.  They travel to Lakeview to battle the Gators on their own turf.  Brewer hit a 3-pointer from way out at the buzzer Tuesday night to defeat Many 49-46.  Red River Principal JC Dickey says both have one district loss.

The Lady Bulldogs took charge of the Lady Tigers in the opening match.  Final score was 57 to 52.

Riverdale racked up two lopsided victories in the opening round of the South A Tournament played in Tallulah.  The Lady Rebels trounced Rebul Academy 72-10 and the Rebels ran away from Mt. Salus 75 to 38.  Both Riverdale teams play on Friday.
