Abundant Life Worship Center is holding devotions and game night tonight for kids ages 3 to 12. It happens tonight at 7:00 pm in the game room.
The meeting of the Red River Parish Board of Election Supervisors to select the Commissioners who will work the Spring Elections has been moved to February 4th. The meeting will be at 10:00 am in the Registrar of Voters’ officer in the Courthouse, Room 104. The meeting was originally scheduled for February 19th. It is being held earlier to give more time to get election commissioners vaccinated against COVID-19.
Red River Cowboy Church said the last playday of the winter series is next Saturday, February 6th!! Exhibition barrels from 9-10:30. Playday begins at 11:00.
Recently the Red River Parish Police Jury appointed members to the board of the Red River Parishwide Fire Protection District. Here are the members, their length of terms and the district in the parish they represent:

District 4 – Brad Merry – 1 year
District 5 – Bob Harris – 2 years

RRHS Boys and Girls Basketball teams take on Winnfield on Friday, 2/5/21, at Red River. Varsity Girls at 6:00 pm followed by the Varsity Boys. Tickets are $10.00 each. All tickets must be purchased presale from the main office ,at RRHS starting on Wednesday , 2/3/21 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
There will be no ticket sales at the game.
We are still at 25% capacity and mask must be worn and social distancing rules must be followed.
Winnfield will have their tickets to sale at their school for their fans.
