Adversity Makes You Stronger

It has been said, “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!”  Red River High Principal JC Dickey couldn’t agree more.  This spring the Red River High Track team found themselves without a track.  Theirs is not available due to major renovations being made at the football field.

I can’t tell you how proud I am of these Red River High Track Athletes and coaches. These guys have been without a track, jump pits, and throwing areas to practice on for over 2 weeks and will not have a track the rest of the season as Red River’s is under construction.  They have been running on the road, in the grass, and where ever they can.  Keep working young men and women, thank you for your hard work and dedication.
