Ward York told The Journal that he is introducing a new burger and calling it the B. B. King burger. He says they take hickory smoked brisket and chop it fine before adding it to ground beef in their hand-shaped patty.

Also the York Chop is introducing Flying Saucers, which are fried bell pepper rings served with ranch dressing. York said, “They are out of this world.” Everyone knows I like to eat, so make mine a B.B. King with a side of Flying Saucers!
