It was thankfully short lived, the “Boil Advisory” issued by the town for the Coushatta Water System. Now the water supply has been declared safe.

During the storm on Sunday the Coushatta water system lost pressure, reportedly due to an electrical problem. And that resulted in the town issuing the boil advisory.

So for a day or so the soda machines and other devices dispensing water were closed down. But that is over, and the cold drinks are flowing.
